Effective from: 1^st June 2026

At Krafteey Luxe Events, every service and product we provide is thoughtfully prepared, customized, and reserved specifically for each client. Because of the personalized nature of our work, we ask that all clients review the following policy before booking.

Event Services & Retainers

To secure your event date, a non-refundable retainer/deposit is required. This payment reserves your date, planning time, materials, and production schedule.

Once your date is booked, we may decline other inquiries for that same date.

Please Note:

• Retainers are non-refundable
• Retainers may be transferable once, at our discretion, if rescheduled within an approved timeframe
• Final balances must be paid by the due date listed on your invoice or agreement

Client Cancellations

If you choose to cancel your booking:

• Retainer payments are non-refundable
• Payments made beyond the retainer may be reviewed based on work already completed, materials purchased, and production time invested
• Refunds, if approved, may take 7–14 business days to process

Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans may change.

One event reschedule may be permitted if:

• Requested in writing
• Submitted at least 14 days prior to the event date
• New requested date is available

Additional reschedules may require a new retainer.

Custom Products

Due to the made-to-order nature of personalized items such as:

• Custom shirts
• Drinkware
• Party favors
• Signage
• Backdrops
• Printed materials

All sales are final once production begins.

Exceptions may include:

• Incorrect item received due to our error
• Damaged item upon delivery (must be reported within 48 hours with photos)

No Refund Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind after booking
• Incorrect information provided by client
• Missed deadlines caused by delayed client responses
• Venue restrictions outside of our control
• Weather conditions for outdoor events (unless otherwise agreed)
• Minor color/material variations

If an issue arises, our goal is always to resolve concerns fairly and professionally while protecting the time, creativity, and preparation invested into each event.
