At Krafteey Luxe Events, every service and product we provide is thoughtfully prepared, customized, and reserved specifically for each client. Because of the personalized nature of our work, we ask that all clients review the following policy before booking.
To secure your event date, a non-refundable retainer/deposit is required. This payment reserves your date, planning time, materials, and production schedule.
Once your date is booked, we may decline other inquiries for that same date.
